In the picturesque Drakensberg mountains, surrounded by the highest peaks in South Africa, Ardmore Guest Farm offers a stunning and beautiful nature resort experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a hidden oasis amidst the mountains. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings were absolutely breathtaking. The views from the trig beacon on Ardmore Hill were simply awe-inspiring - I felt like I was on top of the world, with a 360-degree panorama of the magnificent landscape below. It was like being in a postcard come to life, a true feast for the eyes.
No complaints, it was perfect!

The newly refurbished honeymoon suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a huge designer bathroom. The hospitality of the staff, especially Diana, Richard, and Ofense, was outstanding. We were impressed by their attentive service and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the food was excellent, and we enjoyed the tasty ala carte menu with a different soup starter every evening.
The wifi internet connection could be improved, as it was a bit slow and unreliable. Some of the games and gaming tables were outdated and in need of replacement.

This place is mind-blowing! The farm grounds are stunning and perfect for families. The staff is incredibly welcoming towards children, a rare find. The location in the central berg is ideal for both exploring and enjoying mountain views. The breakfast is super delicious. The chalets are jaw-dropping, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The main area offers exceptional facilities like table tennis and a TV room. The setting itself with the mountains in the background is just wow! And the cherry on top is the amazing service and food. The manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the daily activities were super fun. We can't wait to come back and will definitely recommend this place to others.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful guest farm. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the Champagne castle range. the farm was well-maintained, with clean and healthy animal enclosures. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. Our 6-sleeper chalet was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like an inverter/battery for uninterrupted power supply. the farm also offered a variety of free activities for the whole family, including snooker, table tennis, and even two pianos to play. the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxation, with a pool, trampoline, and seating areas. We especially loved the honesty bar and the three adorable dogs on the property. an excellent value for money experience.
Felt very much at home, no complaints.

Super friendly staff always ready to help and with a smile. Spacious rooms and a lovely jacuzzi/bathtub in the bathroom. Great location for hiking trails and nearby shops and eateries.
The breakfasts were rather ordinary and the fruit quality was poor. the tipping system was confusing and could benefit from clearer guidelines.

We got excellent value for our money at Ardmore Guest Farm. The room, especially the Zulu Rondavel, was amazing with its beautiful views of the Champagne Castle range. The location was perfect, close to everything in the valley, and the staff treated us like family.
When it came to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a little more variety.

The setting was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a great experience. the hotel offered great hiking trails nearby and easy access to shops and eateries.
The Wi-Fi restriction was a bit inconvenient, as it was limited and only available in the common area. Another downside was the long and bumpy dirt road leading to the hotel, which made the journey a bit uncomfortable.

We were able to do so many awesome activities like quad biking, horse riding, and even river rafting. The farm was huge, so we took leisurely walks and explored the beautiful surroundings. Plus, there were so many fun things to do at the farm itself, like playing pool and table tennis. It was the perfect vacation for adventure-loving teenagers like us!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers like us. We had so much fun during the day, but we were hoping for some cool parties or events in the evenings.

The staff at this guest farm were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the cozy fireplace and the beautiful views of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the Chicken Schnitzel.
The WiFi reception was a bit weak and only accessible in certain areas, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have clean-up facilities in the accommodation, such as washing dishes.
